      Project Coordinator Interview

      11 Jul 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Haifa
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Perach (Haifa) in Aug 2008

      Interview

the first step is a group dynamic test with other candidates - it is advisable to just be yourself, show your talent but give room to others as well (team work is very important). the second step is a panel interview (usually by one manager and one consultant). here one must show care for social goals, and readiness to work hard and learn.

      Question 1

the weekly staff meeting is a set one (the day and hour is set by management and can not be changed). as it happens on the same day you attend university classes. what would you do?
