So, initially the interview was a phone interview followed by face to face but it was lengthened to four stage interview process. The HR lady was really nice on the phone and was keen to get me in ASAP for an interview. I then saw the potential line manager who asked me very generic questions. I passed the first stage of the interview I then came in another two separate occasions to see others in more senior position who again asked me the exact same set of question however on one of the occasion I was required to do some activities in Excel and Word. They made me come in on the fourth occasion as they felt they didn't see my personality enough and then went back to my agency and said that they felt that I was not able to build relationships with sales - Even though my current job role requires me to work closely with sales and the new role I am going into that also is working with sales. In Summary, the process was really lengthened without any reason and was completely unnecessary as the additional stages didn't add any more value to the process. Towards the middle of the process, I got very frustrated. I wouldn't waste your time to even go for any roles here.
