Manager takes you to the back break room and asks you a few things, standard interview questions that pretty much every retail job uses, also asks about some of your work history and what your tasks or responsibilities were there.

Describe a time you found yourself in a difficult situation and what problem sovling skills you used to get yourself out of the difficult decision.

Pretty straight forward started with a phone interview then asked to come in to speak to the hiring manager. Very conversational and asked what made me apply and what experience did I have in the industry. Common behavioral questions like tell me about a time you went above and beyond, tell me about a time you wished you went above and beyond.

Pretty relaxed interview, they ask you about your knowledge of the field. They get back to you quickly and let you know when’re you are at in the process. All very friendly and had very nice things to say about each other
I don't know Why they are asking for experience ir not givind the opotunity to someone without experience i woulf like them yo give people the opotunity to learn and get the experience in the área
