Fairly easy interviews, but there were many - 5 in total- with different members of the team, the last one being an in-person interview with 5 people. The whole process from application to offer took 2 months. Mostly asked questions about different resume points/experiences.
I made my salary expectations clear from the beginning, and again during the final interview. They gave me an offer that was lowballed for my experience (15% lower than asking) and made no effort to negotiate before abruptly rescinding the offer. The reasoning they gave for the rescinding was for some vague reasoning along the lines of "re-evaluating the job level" or "restructuring" so I don't know what the real reason was.
If this is how they treat potential employees, then it feels like I dodged a bullet.
