Pretty basic initial phone interview, walking through day-to-day and what you are looking for in your next position, I was set up for a video interview on the same call for the following week via Microsoft teams. Video interview was a panel interview with the person that compiled the phone screen and two other individuals in upper management. This was primarily walking through your resumes followed by A LOT of STAR method-based questions. The video interview lasted about an hour. As long as you prepare some scenarios beforehand, you'll do fine. On the low-end as far as salaries go, but the group I had interviewed with was very nice and seemed to care about their employees.
