Interview
I applied for an entry level position with Penske. I felt that the interview went extremely well. Although I exceeded all of the qualifications for the position (there were 2 positions available), I was not offered a job. They decided to go in a different direction (by hiring 2 recent college grads). Note: I am in my 50's. Interesting theory on blatent age descrimination but I decided not to persue.

Interview
First was a phone interview, then a panel interview with multiple leads at the location. Overall was good but I didn’t end up moving forward with the company. They said if I was willing to relocate I could interview there.

The interview process was relatively easy. Let you talk with people who actually work in the position beforehand as well which was nice. After that I talked with the manager and a manager above them.

Easy, enjoyed the process. Stayed with the company for about three years then moved into another role. Learn a lot of new skills and had growth opportunities. Would suggest interviewing here if looking to move into business.
