I was contacted by the the PBGC for an interview but the person didn't identify themselves or mention the name of the agency, I had to call back to find who was calling . We schedule the interview for the next day . it was a simple interview and the interviewers made me feel comfortable. The interviewer was not the original called.

Describe a difficult work situation / project and how you overcame it.
It was very quick. They asked about my past experience, the skills I've developed and what my career goals are. I got an offer the every next day. My main advice - adequately communicate your previous experience and express great interest in the position.

Interview
It was a one on one interview, where I was asked a series of questions about situations and my past experience. It was quick and not stressful at all. I really enjoyed the discussion with my supervisor.
