Penserv Plan Services interview questions

Fairly easy; they ask questions like Describe your work experience, how it correlates to the job. Why you want to work there. What is your biggest accomplishment? How do you handle a difficult situation, etc.

I had a phone interview followed by two personal interviews. I took a couple of tests during my second interview. The whole process was very different from any other interviews. They had good questions and seemed like they were really trying to find a good fit for their culture.
