Screener usually done with HR, general questions about work experience and some generic "what is one word to describe you" and "what's your biggest weakness" stuff. Actual interview usually done with a "coordinator" and a "assistant director." Usually friendly but most questions revolve around asking about your experience with note taking, EHRs, chart writing, therapy note writing. Often asks about your time management skills . You'll easily get hired then when you show up first day they have a new job description with more responsibilities, roles, clinical work added in they ask you to sign. Bit of a bait and switch tactic.
