Penn National Insurance Customer Service Representative Tech Support interview questions

Interviewed with 2 managers from 2 different departments that did the same job but one was commercial lines other personal lines. Seemed to be great managers. They both had the same questions to ask but they picked which ones they wanted to ask. And you have to provide different answers if they asked the same question.
