Applied online, had a very comprehensive screening call with HR. They were upfront about salary, benefits, etc. and fully understood the role and the team. I went on to interview with the head of the department and had another delightful interview. The trouble came when I submitted my task and from there it was crickets. A few weeks went by and I followed up. Apparently they notified me about my rejection through some internal system, but I never received notice despite constantly pruning through my junk folder. I asked for feedback, and from there I was ghosted. Incredibly disrespectful to my time. If I can take the time for two interviews and a project (urged to submit ASAP), you can take a few moments to provide an ounce of feedback. It seemed like a lovely team, but poor hiring management.
