The interview process was both thorough and mellow, good balance but definitely not allowing just anyone to come work such a high-needs job. I was happy with it! Leadership at this branch handles an in-prison facility and does it well.

Question 1
My main reason for wanting to work at Clallam Bay.
They pulled the old bait and switch, saying the position was remote eligible before the interview, then mid interview telling me it would be to be in person. They also had a 5 person panel for an entry level position which was quite bizarre.
Contacted within a week. Standard questions with 3 person panel. Friendly, welcoming people. Interview scheduled a week in advance to give you time to research. Interview lasted about 45 minutes.
