Preliminary behavioral interview (30 minutes), Skills Test (Presentation), and Interview with CSO. Fairly straightforward and not as rigorous as expected. Questions were primarily behavioral and focused on work experience and ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment.

Interview
The hiring process at this company left a lot to be desired, especially in terms of basic candidate respect. The first round required completing a mock assignment with a four-day turnaround. The prompt was anonymized and didn’t necessarily reflect actual company data.
After submitting the assignment, I received no feedback,= or commentary whatsoever. The company simply moved on without offering even a brief note on how the work was evaluated or why I was not advancing. If an organization is going to require candidates to invest significant time and effort into a multi-day deliverable, the bare minimum should be to provide some degree of feedback on what can be improved in the deliverable.
Overall, the process came across as unstructured and very dismissive of candidates’ time. It does not reflect well on the company’s professionalism or values.
