Pendleton Woolen Mills Store Manager interview questions

At the time of my interview there were no on line applications, so it you had to fill out the paper application. It was reviewed by the area manager then sent on to the corporate retail office. An interview was set up with the corporate retail manager- who flew out to Connecticut for the interview. She had basic questions ion customer service, employment background and a few personal questions on interests outside work. 5 days after the interview I was offered a job. The pay was low and I counter offered. The agreed on salary was in the middle.
