Standard process for any college. First is the panel interview and then interview with Dean and Chair. Teaching demo with standard questions. Not impressed with the unprofessionalism. 6 months from filling out app online to a rescind of position in one month after final interview. Poor process. Poor communication. Poor timeline. Gives the impression they don’t know what they’re doing. In a precarious national employment dynamic, this is abusive.

The person who interviewed me was kind, humorous, and warm. As far as interviews go, it was fairly painless. Though I didn’t end up taking the job, it was a good experience.
