I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pella (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2013
Interview
It is a 3 step process. First interview is human resources on phone for a hr and then face to face " coffee shop" that was about 45 minutes with sales manager. Hr then called me same day to setup board interview which is with owner and 3 managers. My interview lasted about 1 hour. Overkill if you ask me to sell windows for a living. I didn't get a offer which was a bit shocking since I do have 10 years experience in home improvement sales, my guess is they want a person with college degree, guess I will never know since pella won't respond to me via email

Question 1
What was your favorite class in school? What a dumb question. Relevance to job??
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pella (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was the best interview process I have been through. They try to take care of you and make your experience unforgettable. I was flown out, they got me a hotel, got me lunch and coffee, and covered all of it.
quick and everyone was nice. ended up not pursuing the position but the people I spoke with were nice. seems like a great fit for someone looking to get into sales.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pella (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview went great but they said they chose another candidate. I continued to see the active posting as the position was still not filled. I would have rather known why I was not chosen than be lied to.
