It was a great experience, I had the opportunity to tour the factory with a guide, then was taken aside for my actual interview, they asked questions, I answered with a detailed explanation of my experience. Overall, great people and great tour!

Interview over the phone with questions related to lifting, previous experience in factories and knowledge about managing safety issues. Onsite interview that includes drug test and physical test to confirm what is the best shift for you.

Alot of talk about their values, overtime and most of the hiring process is done by you over the internet. The tour of the factory is very basic. You are placed where they need you, not according to your skills.
