Role play of a telephone call between you and a customer. Key is to speak slow and clearly, not to detract too much from the script and to sound natural as if you are not reading from the script, and to be personable on the phone.

Interview
We had a big group interview, where we had to perform tasks in smaller groups. Then we went through to individual one on one reviews. It was mainly to see if we were competent with speaking English.
