We sometimes have hundreds of applicants to go through for each job listing, and we are regularly adding new positions. With every potential hire we make, we do want to ensure they are the best fit for us and us for them, and sometimes that may take a little longer.
We have found, however, that spending this extra time during the interview process to select the best candidate reduces our turnover and increases our ability to promote and grow our team members in the long run.
