the interview process was extremely straight forward and simple. asked questions about food safety concerns, nothing too bad. interviewed with the manager and he let me know my results (which was accepted) right after it was over.

Interview
A pretty standard interview with the basic questions you would think you would have to answer. Interviewer was incredibly nice and we chatted about off topic stuff a little bit. I had been a barista for about 6 years and they really seemed to think I was a strong candidate and could be moved to a supervisor position pretty quickly. Very chill interview had nothing really to be nervous about. Offered me a drink twice which was nice of them.
Two part interview process involving a phone screening then an in-person interview. Phone screening gauged basic ability to answer questions promptly and on topic. In person interview checked for personability and how it will translate to customer service. No prior barista experience needed.
