      Real Estate Analyst Interview

      19 May 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at PeerStreet

      Interview

Four separate interviews that all lasted about a half hour long - seemed somewhat disorganized/rushed in general, received several repeat questions, was not tested on company (history, direction, competitors). Spent bulk of time describing my past work experience.

      Interview

where to start with this company. After I applied, I received an email from HR regarding my availability, which I answered. after two days with no reply, I sent a follow up and got a response 2 days later from a different HR person who scheduled me with an analyst. The interview was about 13 minutes and was asked 3-4 basic questions. That's it. After the interview, I received an email from the original HR person asking if i was scheduled for an interview. About a week after the interview, I received an email from the second HR person inviting me to the companies HQ in California. I asked if they reimburse for travel, they dont despite inviting you... At this point, I was done dealing with this company.

      Interview

Was contacted via email to set up a phone interview. Replied a few minutes later with my availability due to being in mid-late stage rounds with other companies. No response. Then received a bot email that the position closed days later. Not sure if this is how their HR employees usually operate.
