Peer Health Exchange used a third-party to do their hiring process. I completed a one-person interview where I recorded myself. I then completed two additional interviews with members of the PHE team I'd be working with. Questions were provided ahead of time, which was nice. The recruiter was a bit unresponsive and sent me the questions for the wrong position for the first interview.
Following the three interviews, the hiring consultancy asked for and reached out to three of my references (the final stage of the hiring process). I did not receive a job offer, which is fine, but my rejection email was from the recruiter and the subject was "Thank you for Engaging with us." After investing many hours and weeks into the process, the very impersonal email, as well as the entire interview process, felt very dehumanizing and indicated a lack of value for candidates' time.
