Pedia Manor interview questions

The owner’s son interviewed me. He was friendly and the vibe was casual. He asked questions about my employment history and examples of problem solving. He answered my questions and also gave a fairly accurate portrayal of workplace culture.

The interview process was easy. The interviewer asked basic HR questions. I was hired on the spot at the end of the interview. They took a while to follow up and let me know when I was working. Even when I did get my schedule it was only one week at a time for the first month.
