I had a panel interview with 3 of the higher-ups that was very casual and friendly - you don't feel pressured at all to look perfect, in fact, they were very open to entry-level applicants. Although the interview was very pleasant, they seemed to care more about if your personality fits what they want over your technical skills. I also recommend using up all of the interview time or even go past it to show your interest in them.
