Multiple calls with recruiter and HM to go over PM responsibilities and my work experience. Gave me insight into Peacocks current service offering, the team i'd be working with and their desired candidate.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and a difficult project you've had recently?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Peacock (London, England) in Jun 2023
Interview
An initial call with an internal recruiter for general culture fit and to be added to a list for general approval for future interview processes, followed by 3 remote calls with peers and the hiring management team.
A thorough process with updates throughout and a final round when only 1 other canidate was involved. Really great last call with 2 senior team members in the Portugal office.
Then, absolutely nothing. No email, no call, no automated rejection. I contacted the recruitment team to request feedback as it quickly became obvious I didn't get the role but felt after giving up at least 6 hours of my time I was owed some kind of response. Very poor end to an otherwise decent process.

Question 1
Questions about team size and also software engineering principles especially about the OTT / Streaming world.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Peacock
Interview
Four interviews, 1 hiring manager, 2 teammates, 1 director. Conversations lasted around 30 minutes, very conversational and corporate. I made it to the final round, and enjoyed talking to everyone. I worked with a recruiter for this interview process, who was very communicative through the process, but ghosted me after the final interview. I had to follow up three times before being told two weeks later that I did not get the position.
