Across three insightful interview rounds, commencing with HR and followed by engaging discussions with both the hiring manager and a valued team member, the process stood out for its clarity and the pertinent nature of the questions posed.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Payvision in Feb 2019
Interview
3 interviews, 2 interviews with the direct manager and the last one with Human Resources. In one of the interviews with the manager, a direct colleague was also present. Informal interview, rather relax atmosphere
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Payvision (Madrid) in May 2018
Interview
Got an email explaining that I would need to pick an exercise from their GitHub. They have several options depending on the role that you applied for (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack...). You have around one week to complete it. I choose the .Net one. I have no experience in .Net as I come from Java, but in theory they don't care about it.
After they reviewed my solution, I got an invitation for an online technical interview. It consisted on reviewing my solution.
After that, I got an email telling me that I had been rejected. I appreciate that, but I want to suggest also to provide some feedback. I knew I didn't do an excellent interview, but it's always good to know what you need to improve.
In general it was a good overall process and people are nice.
Interview questions [1]
