It was a usual hr interview where they talk about the conditions and benefits they provide.Everything was clear .They selected a candidate before i got my chance at a technical interview.

Question 1
There was a test which i passed.However they selected another candidate.
Rather smooth interview process done in several stages. Coding task challenging at times but intersting, Meeting with tech leads rather relaxed and friendly, with technical questions related to Java, memory, OOP.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paysafe (Sofia, Sofia (city)) in Nov 2025
Interview
Communication was clear and friendly from the beginning.
The HR interview was warm and welcoming, and the questions were focused on my motivation, personal values and how I handle learning and problem-solving.
The technical interview was challenging in a good way. The engineers were extremely friendly and made the environment feel safe and collaborative.
Overall, the experience was one of the best interview processes I’ve had - respectful, transparent and motivating. I left feeling inspired, valued and excited.
