For me, the overall process was similar to other typical companies in the city, in terms of communicating the required tasks for the position and presenting the recruitment phases. So I think that's a positive. Something I appreciate is that they have a very clear idea of the type of candidate they're looking for and explain it to us to avoid surprises. I also remember that, during the technical phases, I had a good rapport with my interviewer, who guided me in validating the knowledge he wanted to assess. Therefore, it worked well for me because, although I don't master all the technical details, I know how to do it, so it was enough for the interviewer to help me and for me to move on to the next stage.
