I first went through a phone interview with Payscape. The phone interview was then followed by an office in person interview with the Regional Sales Manager. The interview was casual and interactive. Was then invited back to a third interview at their office in Atlanta, and was told that I was offered the job after the interview. They told me to take the weekend and consider the offer. After the weekend, I reached out to the recruiter and Regional sales manager about the offer, and for them to send a written offer for me to review. I was then informed later on that day that they were pursuing other candidates that had come in late in the process. They told me that although they verbally gave me an offer the previous Friday, they had now changed their mind (giving me false hope, and thus resulting in me canceling another interview because I intended to accept the offer). This was not only a cowardly thing for them to do, but it really set me back with the other companies I had opportunities with. Overall, the experience was very negative and unexpected with Payscape.
