I read a lot of posts on Glassdoor about their interview process and one of the most common complaints was that they don't get back. I went up-to their in-person interview where I meet with the Director and Leads, the recruiter said that he would get back within 2-3 days (he specified the days). I waited for a week, but no response after which I sent an email. Still no response.
The day I was supposed to receive an email from the recruiter (as he had promised), I received another email from another person (a recruiter) for the same role I had interviewed for. They probably outsourced their requirement and converted it from a full-time to a contract. This was the most sickening experience I have ever had.
I am fine with being rejected, but please have the decency to inform the candidate that they have not been selected. They don't know to treat their candidates with respect and lack professionalism.
When I spoke with different leads they boasted about their values and culture. This is definitely not something a company should be proud of!
