The screening interview was done by HR and I was invited to talk to the hiring manager, after passing through that, I was also interviewed mostly by phone and one in person meeting in the office with the hiring manager, HR and team.
Preparing for the interview was key to be successful in the conversations, researching about the company, news, competitors and industry (payments). I was asked about my experience and focused on the parts that the interviewers were more keen to know and I also asked in-depth questions about the company and team, which made me learn more about the company and make a decision.
