Interview
Applied online and got an email a few says later to set up an interview. The interview was with the head of HR and the CEO. There is another interview review posted in October of 2022 for the same position that I completely agree with. The HR woman was very nice, but the CEO was extremely off-putting. He was rude and kept staring at the HR woman with a look of disgust. From what he said in the interview, it seems like they've had two different assistants fairly recently. I wouldn't be surprised if both assistants quit. I could tell that he's the type of CEO who is horrible to his employees. To be fair, I only talked to him for 20 minutes but when he started talking I immediately knew that if I got an offer I'd decline it. From my interview experience I'd advise anyone looking for an assistant role to not even bother and look elsewhere.

Interview
I got a text message to start the interview process. The interview was with the CEO and the HR rep . I have never met a leader that was so unpleasant . He did not even have the decency to look at me . It was as if he was disgusted to do so . Maybe because I wasn't blonde like the rest of the girls in the office . He wouldn't stop staring very horribly at the poor HR rep . I can tell she is scared of him . The HR rep is a very polite woman . He is just disgusting .
