Common questions nothing out of the ordinary. They do have you go on the sales floor and role play which is uncomfortable if you are not familiar with the product. The questions focus on customer service and how you would train others in customer service. They ask management style and how you multi task communicate skills,

Hiring process is pretty easy. You get called in for an interview with store manager, if you are a good potential you get scheduled for a 2nd interview. The most successful candidate is called back and an offer is made.
