The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Payless ShoeSource (Tustin, CA) in Sept 2011
Interview
I went in on the day the Manager told me to... And the associate called her and asked if she was coming in.... She wasn't and had me come in the next day. Sucked cause I don't drive.
Came in the next day and she asked me basic interview questions.
"How do you Handel stress"
Blah blah...
Then she had me role play selling shoes to her.
Set me up with a second interview with the Assistant District Manager.
She basically asked me about my work experience, and what I can bring to payless.
It took her about 2 weeks to get back to me to tell me if I had the job or not...
Which I did get hired.
