I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PayPal (San Jose, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
1-hour phone screening -> invited for 5 hours long on site.
After the interview, HR did not send me an update.
It's been almost 2 months, and I even tried to follow up by sending numerous emails to the recruiter and the manager who interviewed me at on site but no answers so far.
Ghosting candidates. Very unprofessional. Can't even simply send "No" letter.
