Interview was very casual. Just asked basic customer service questions. Asked about showing leadership, asked about prioritising etc . Asked about any holidays booked and about flexibility. Overall a basic interview not difficult

Very easy over the phone, simple interview questions. They do ask about selling shoe care. Always research company beforehand helps a lot with questions. Helps to write things down before your interview

Interview
Popped in my cv and had a call a few days later to go for an interview. The interview was a casual chat about the job and myself with a few questions. I did not get the superviser job but a month later i had a call from management saying that they had made a position available just for me.
