Overall incredibly easy and they make it pretty clear from the onset that they are looking for someone that works well in small groups + can learn quickly and is passionate about Biotech + Tech companies. Most companies are Biotech (~90%)

Question 1
Ex: Why do you want to work with micro & small-cap biotech and tech companies as opposed to elsewhere?
I applied online. I interviewed at Paulson Investment Company (Via, Örebro) in Jan 2021
Interview
The process takes less than a week. I have the interview with the head of IBD and an associate respectively in the same day. I was told by interviewer that he would followup with me in the second day with a decision. But the interviewer postpone the time line to another day. The interview always falls behind his own timeline, and keep me waiting anxiously. Then he told me he decided to go a different direction, and did not claim the reason. I feel he hiring process is a pure joke, and the company is a joke as well.
