I met my employer at his place of business, which happened to be his home. We went into the dinning room and discussed my resume and past jobs. He wanted to know how my past employment would help me fit into this current position. He asked me about what I do for fun, he asked me what I was truly passionate about. We discussed salary. I was hired that day
