Interview
I was asked to participate in a phone interview. The interviewer stopped me 45 minutes into the interview and stated that she had another appointment to get to. She said that she would call me back to find out more information about my experiences in the private sector. The interviewer never called me back and took weeks to respond to the recruiter who initially set up the interview for me. The interviewer was unprofessional for cutting short our appointment and then lying to me just so she could get off of the phone. I received no feedback from the interviewer. I later gathered that she was concerned because the teaching procedures I was taught for discrete trial differed slightly from those of Patterns. She made it apparent that you must say "no" to an individual when he/she responds incorrectly during teaching trials.
