HR screening, met with hiring manager, then met with team members.
Everyone was very nice, but seemed to be confused on what job I was applying/interviewing for. Turned out that the CEO themselves sorts applications as they come in, and mine got put into a pile for a different role than what I applied for. I wasn't interested in that role and withdrew my application.

What is something that your current team will be lacking if/when you leave them for a new role?
I interviewed with HR, then interviewed with the hiring manager. I was brought onsite for multi-round interviews with team members including a skills test, wrapping up speaking again with HR.

Interview
90 min behavioral + problem solving interview. The interviewer provided a comprehensive overview about the role and company and was upfront about salary and compensation. I feel that they care about a good culture fit by the behavioral questions they asked.
