It was a regular question and answer about your professional experiences. The owner will ask you questions and you provide answers. It is back and forth nothing special. It’s not until your hired is when you start to see the issues within the company.

Interview
First round phone interview with HR (non technical). Overly long due to many unrelated tangents and repetitions on the interviewer's part. Very unprofessional behavior which made me uncomfortable as well.

Interview
For a development related position, you have a SQL test, then meet with the relevant people based on the position. During that time, you are asked about past work experiences, the technologies you have worked with and some questions to get a feel for who you are. Finally, you are asked for availability and references.
