Phone call first, then meeting interview on teams meeting to answer interview questions with the human resources recruiter. I heard back a month after I applied, the difference from phone call to meeting interview was about 5 days.

Difficult interview
Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Patient First (Fairfax, VA) in Jul 2019
Interview
First their was a Phone interview , it went very well! Later, I was invited for a in person interview at their recruiting office. Then I was scheduled to interview at the center with the head nurses. The nurses were nice but mostly seemed disinterested. They gave me a tour of the facility. Also at the recruiting office they give you a written test/survey of knowledge. They call your references too!
I applied online. I interviewed at Patient First (Harrisburg, PA) in Oct 2024
Interview
I was interviewed online first and then there was an in person interview. After that, I didn't hear back from anyone and its been several months. I did call them and ask about my status but still no clear response.

First it was a phone call explaining the job and asking for availability then it was a zoom call w in depth interview questions but overall it wasnt too bad
