Initial screen (preliminary) interview asked general technical solutions. Advanced to second interview with CEO who was late and spoke monotone and with little emotion. Asked some generic technical questions and drilled into resume. Gave the impression that I was proceeding to the next step but gave false hopes. Unprofessional conduct in general and I'm fortunate to have not been selected and dodged that bullet. Would not recommend this organization to anyone.
