I interviewed at Path Construction (Knoxville, TN)
Interview
A couple phone interviews that assess technical expertise, problem-solving skills, project management, and communication abilities through scenario-based questions, technical assessments, and situational inquiries. I asked a lot of day to day questions about the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Path Construction (Arlington Heights, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
As an interviewee with little experience in the construction industry, I felt like I was actually interviewed versus tested. My interviewers (HR Generalist, PM, and VP of Operations) focused on my strengths and tales of past project experience, but more importantly, they asked me about my weaknesses instead of determining my weaknesses. After a well-structured yet conversational interview, I felt confident in my interest to work for Path Construction. Great interview experience!
