I received a link to complete a short video interview where I described my professional background and answered specific questions. Following this, I received a request to complete a virtual interview with their Talent Acquisition professional. I’ve been in HR for 15 years and was very impressed with the experience! While I was bummed I didn’t move forward in the process, I received an email from an actual person that I was able to reply to and seek feedback, which they provided me. It is a rarity in this day and age to see that, so I was very appreciative. I can only imagine what a great company PatchMyPC would be to work at, given the outstanding candidate experience I had.
