Interview
It was quite lengthy and multiple interviews, but it was a good experience despite not getting the job in the end. All the managers were very nice and asked some insightful questions about my own values, what I bring to the table, and how I would act in certain situations.

What are some social issues that you care about and why?
Multiple stages of interviewing questions beginning with a group interview then callbacks for individual interviews. Very formal for a retail store which was odd but it was a good expirience and they were open and honest with their feedback

Interview
Interview in person at hiring event. Interview is 15 minutes. Just asked a few questions and it was low stress. No questions about the brand or products. Then I got moved on to a virtual interview which was similar but a little more brand focused.
