Completely baffling. No organization whatsoever. Called in for an onsite interview with HR, turned into a few hour session with folks on site. They didn't need an IT Director; they needed another set of helping hands for the IT guy who was working there. Job description was basically bogus. The interim CFO was a complete joke as he felt compelled to "explain" some very basic accounting principles, as if it were new knowledge.
