Process was typical of a role of this type. There was a large interview committee that took turns asking various questions through a timed interview. People were friendly and professional. After the interview, the remaining process was explained and I was told that there would be follow-up in a week as to whether there would be an invitation to further rounds. Follow-up never happened; ultimately ghosted. Don’t tell interviewees that you will follow up “one way or the other” unless you will actually follow through. It leaves interviewees with a poor impression of your organization.
