Interview
First round: HR phone screen
Second round: Skype interview with a panel
Third round: One-on-one interview with the VP
I was also asked to submit a writing sample. In total, the time from application to hire spanned about 2 months.
There were no big surprises and I got frequent updates from my HR contact. Everyone was very kind, friendly and while I experienced some technology glitches during the online interviews, overall it was a very smooth process.
