I first heard about this position from someone who works in their HR department and had an informational conversation with her. After applying for the position, I heard back very quickly from the Partnership about an initial phone screening. I felt that the phone screening went very well. It happened right before the winter holidays, and I was told that I'd hear back the first or second week of January. As the third week came around, I emailed the person who conducted my phone screening to follow up about my application status and never heard back. A week after that, I followed up with HR and also never heard anything. I was really disappointed, as I feel that this organization is doing great work. Even if I didn't go onto the next stage, I would have expected them to tell me either way, since I had had one-on-one contact with two different staff members.
